Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns since all sales are final. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3-5 days if the item is defective, didn't fit as expected, it's damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will send you a replacement (depending on each person's case) with no additional cost. 

Discounted Items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or items on sale.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges. Every sale is final unless they have been received with damages and/or issues. In that case, refer to the Damages and Issues Policy above.
